Kwality Ltd Grants 1937000 Options under Kwality Employees Stock Option Plan 2014

The Remuneration, Compensation and Nomination Committee of the Board of Kwality Ltd in its meeting held on July 23, 2015 has granted 19,37,000 Employee Stock Options under Kwality Employee Stock Option Plan 2014 to the eligible employees of the Company exercisable into same number of Equity Shares subject to vesting period (1 (One) Year from the date of Grant), exercise period (5 (Five) Years from the date of vesting) and exercise price (Rs. 38 per stock option).
