SKS Microfinance Ltd Grants 45500 Stock Options to eligible employees

On July 22, 2015 SKS Microfinance Ltd has granted 45,500 stock options (which would get convert into 45,500 equity shares of the Company upon exercise) to the eligible employees subject to the terms of the SKS Microfinance - Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company.

The Exercise Price has been fixed as Rs. 529.15 per Share and the vesting schedule is four years 25% of the total options granted shall vested at the end of each year.

Shares of SKS MICROFINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.537.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 528.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 245017 in over 6085 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 543.5 and intraday low of 526.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 131208382.
