Repco Home Finance Ltd allots debentures worth Rs. 100 crores

Repco Home Finance Ltd has raised Rs. 100 Crore by mode of private placement of 1000 Non Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10,00,000 each (at par), carrying an annual coupon rate of 9.35% and maturing on June 29, 2018.

Shares of REPCO HOME FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.691.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 678.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3422 in over 175 trades.
