The Initial Public Offering of Tantia Constructions Ltd has evoked tremendous response from across all sectors of investors. The issue has received overall subscription of 82.68 times. The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received whopping subscription of 248.3555 times followed by Retail Investors portion at 84.3774 times. The Qualified Institutional Bidders portion of the issues has issued subscription of 35.5374 times and the Employees quota has received subscription for 3.1413 times.
The company came out with an issue of 43,50,000 Equity shares of Rs.10 each at a price band of Rs.45 to Rs.50 pe share. The issue opened on March 27 and closed today.
