ICAI declares result of Chartered Accountants Final Examination and Common Proficiency Test

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) today announced the following results

1) Chartered Accountants Final Examination held in May, 2015.
2) Common Proficiency Test held on June 13, 2015.

Since December 1949, the Chartered Accountancy Examination is held twice in a year.

The top three rank holders on all India basis of Chartered Accountants Final Examinations held in May, 2015 are from Delhi and Secunderabad, Machilipatnam (Andhra Pradesh) & Mumbai respectively and their details along with the marks secured by them are mentioned at Annexure-A. The result details of the Final examination in terms of pass percentage are mentioned at Annexure-B.

The top three rank holders of Common Proficiency Test held on June 13, 2015 are from Hyderabad, Indore & Vijayawada and their details along with the marks secured by them are mentioned at Annexure - C. The result details of the CPT examination in terms of pass percentage are mentioned at Annexure-D.

CA. Manoj Fadnis, President, ICAI added "Chartered Accountancy profession is growing by leaps and bounds. Every year, the ICAI organises Convocation for the newly enrolled Members. The Northern Regional Office of ICAI organized the Convocation today i.e. on July 16, 2015 at New Delhi. CA. Kirit Somaiya, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha was the Chief Guest of the function and awarded 21 Rank Certificates to the Rank Holders from Northern Region.

CA. Manoj Fadnis, President, ICAI presided over the function and conferred Convocation Credentials to the newly qualified Chartered Accountants. The President also awarded the Membership/COP Certificates to about 1800 members. CA. M. Devaraja Reddy, Vice-President, ICAI also graced the occasion along with Central Council members, Chairman, Northern India Regional Council of ICAI, Past Presidents, Past Central Council members, Past Chairmen of the Northern India Regional Council.
