Shalimar Paints Ltd allots 14750 Shares under ESOP Scheme 2013

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Shalimar Paints Ltd in its meeting held on July 03, 2015 has approved allotment of 14,750 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of options under the ESOP Scheme 2013.

Consequent to such allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 3,78,56,200 (1,89,28,100 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 3,78,85,700 (1,89,42,850 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of SHALIMAR PAINTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.125.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 125.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12839 in over 335 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 137 and intraday low of 125. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1644548.
