CP PLUS, the Global Leader in advanced surveillance and security systems and solutions, and market leader with No. 1 market share in India, has gone an extra mile in providing the best-in-breed video surveillance to its customers, by rolling out its innovative Fish Eye IP Camera. Comprising fish eye lens that enable 360 degree security view, this camera is an apt choice for monitoring large areas like airports, banks, mass transit, shopping malls, parking lots, warehouses etc.
CP PLUS has launched two products in the fish eye category viz. 2 MP Full HD IP Fish Eye Camera and 6 MP Full HD IP IR Fish Eye Camera. The latter uses a 6 Megapixel CMOS image sensor along with a 1.8mm fisheye lens to produce meticulously detailed images. The cameras ae used especially to capture the complete overview of a particular scene. These cameras use megapixel resolution to create a high definition image. This enables various modes of digital pan, tilt, and zooming. With the ability to display 180 degree panoramic images and 360 degree images without any blind spots, the Fish Eye Camera can record in 6 MP resolution at 15 fps, and 1080P/3MP/4MP at 30 fps providing superb image quality.
Aditya Khemka, Managing Director, CP PLUS India said, "The Fish Eye Camera is another product by our company that provides bang-up security solutions especially for locations that need to cover images over a wide panorama. Innovation and up-gradation is deeply etched in our working system, which we have now unleashed in the market by coming up with security products like the Fish Eye Camera."
With its removable IR Cut Filter, it allows only the visible light to pass through it, hence capturing high-quality clear images 24 hours a day. It can be powered by either 12V-DC or POE 802.3af. Its Micro SD Card Slot enables the user to record locally to the camera. Like all other CP PLUS IP Cameras, it also includes 64-channel central management software to give the user the capabilities of an NVR.
Maintaining visibility in ultra-low light environments, the camera's fish eye lens makes it a better security device as compared to other 360 degree cameras available in the market; as those cameras come as an expensive proposition and are highly-vulnerable to failure due to the added hardware.
