The ESOP Share Allotment Committee of NIIT Technologies Ltd has allotted 14,500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on June 22, 2015. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 61,059,399 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 610,593,990/-
