Lokesh Machines Ltd approves conversion of 666667 warrants

The Board of Directors of Lokesh Machines Ltd at its meeting held on June 12, 2015, have considered and approved the conversion of 666667 Warrants to Equity Shares.

The Board approved change of Designation of Mr. M. Srinivas (i.e. Non Executive Director to Wholetime Director) change effect from April 01, 2015 and change is subject to approval of Shareholders.

The Board also approved the change of Designation of Mr. K. Krishna Swamy (i.e. Wholetime Director to Non Executive Director) change effect from April 01, 2015 and change is subject to approval of Shareholders.
