Birla Power Solutions Public Issue closes on March 29

The follow-on public issue of Birla Power Solutions will close on March 29. The issue opened on March 24 and the companies shares closed at Rs.52.5 on Tuesday at BSE. The company has tapped the market with a fixed issue at Rs.42.

The issue consists of 12,000,000 equity shares Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs.42 per share (including premium of Rs.32 per share) aggregating Rs.50 Crores.
