Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd allots 7440 shares

The ESOP Allotment Committee of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2015 allotted 7,440 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the eligible Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010 and Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011. These shares are pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects. In this allotment, no shares are allotted to the Directors of the Company.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 423,152,570/- divided into 84,630,514 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.

Shares of ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3583.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3581.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2670 in over 387 trades.
