Crisil has reaffirmed the following ratings for PNB Housing Finance Ltd (PNB Housing)'s CP Programme - Rated amount enhanced:

1. Rs 1000 Million Commercial Paper Programme: P+
(Enhanced from Rs 250 Million)

2. Rs 1000 Million Tier II Bonds: AA+/Stable (Reaffirmed)

3. Rs 750 Million Non-Convertible Debentures: AA+Stable/ (Reaffirmed)

4. Fixed Deposit Programme: FAAA/Stable (Reaffirmed)
