Gujarat Gas enters into gas purchase agreement with BGEPIL

Gujarat Gas Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved entering into a long-term gas purchase agreement with BG Exploration and Production India Ltd (BGEPIL) whereby BGEPIL will supply to the Company gas volumes of 1.65 million standard cubic meters per day.

The flow of gas is likely to commence in the third quarter of 2007.
