LG Balakrishnan & Bros to sell its entire stake in LGB Textiles Ltd

LG Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 18, 2006 has decided to dispose off the entire Investment held as shares in LGB Textiles Ltd (the Wholly owned Subsidiary Company) for a total consideration of Rs 19.45 Crores.
