Bajaj Finance Ltd approves issue of 925000 warrants to promoter

Pursuant to the approval of the shareholders at their extra ordinary general meeting held on May 20, 2015, Bajaj Finance Ltd has approved issuance of 9,25,000 warrants on preferential basis to the promoter - Bajaj Finserv Ltd. at an issue price of Rs. 4,412/- per warrant, which is above the minimum price computed in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2009.

Shares of Bajaj Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.4499.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4482.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13362 in over 2739 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4530 and intraday low of 4394.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 59744670.
