Diana Tea Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 21, 2007, to discuss consider and take on record the unaudited financial results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 and to consider interim dividend for the year 2007.
