Gujarat Gas Company Ltd sells 12500 shares under options

Under Gujarat Gas Company Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2008, as per the exercise mandate from the Option holder for Options Vested, IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited (ITSL), the Trustee of the Gujarat Gas Company Limited Employee Welfare Stock Option Trust, as per the said mandate, has sold total of 12,500 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs.2/- each of the Company as on May 01, 2015 comprising on NSE of 7,250 shares and on BSE of 5,250 shares.

Shares of GUJARAT GAS CO.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.845.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 786.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1030770 in over 39863 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 871.75 and intraday low of 776. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 860288052.
