Magma Fincorp Ltd Grants awards under Magma Restricted Stock Option Plan 2014

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Magma Fincorp Ltd which has been authorised in this regard, at their meeting held on May 07, 2015 have approved grant of 250,000 Restricted Stock Options ('Awards') to the eligible employees of the Company under Magma Restarted Stock Option Plan 2014 (MRSO Plan 2014)

The grant of the above awards is in line with SEBI (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999 as amended from time to time.
