L&T Finance Holdings Ltd allots Cumulative Compulsorily Redeemable Non-Convertible Preference Shares

The Committee of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd has approved the allotment of 60,000,000 (Six Crore) Listed, Cumulative Compulsorily Redeemable Non-Convertible Preference Shares of face value Rs.100/- each at par on private placement aggregating to Rs. 6,000,000,000/- (Six Hundred Crore only) at its meeting held on May 06, 2015, to eligible allottees.
