Saksoft Board to consider allotment of shares to Transunion Interactive Inc, USA

Saksoft Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2007, to transact the following:

1. Take on record, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. Allotment of 140,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 223.65 per equity share on Preferential basis to M/s. Transunion Interactive Inc, USA.
