SKS Microfinance Ltd Grants 21500 Stock Options

On May 04, 2015 SKS Microfinance Ltd has granted 21,500 stock options (which would get convert into 21,500 equity shares of the Company upon exercise) to the eligible employees subject to the terms of the SKS Microfinance - Employees Stock Options Plans of the Company.

The Exercise Price is fixed as Rs. 470.05 per Share and Vesting Schedule will be Four years - 25% of the total options granted shall vest at the end of each year.
