Filatex Fashions Ltd approves preferential allotment

The Board Meeting of Filatex Fashions Ltd Scheduled on May 04, 2015 is preponed to May 02, 2015, due to other administrative reasons, and in this meeting the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 02, 2015, has considered and approved the Preferential allotment of Warrants and/or Equity shares, subject to approval of Shareholders at their Meeting.
