IID Forgings to issue bonus shares in the ratio of 3:2

IID Forgings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 16, 2006 subject to the consent of the members has approved issue and allotment of three equity shares of Rs 10 each for every two equity shares of Rs 10 each by capitalisation and transfer from Share premium account of the sum required for capitalisation after the approval of the members and / or any other approval as may be necessary.
