Godrej Properties Ltd grants 109273 options

At the meeting of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Godrej Properties Ltd held on April 30, 2015, the Committee has granted 1,09,273 Stock Grants under the Godrej Properties Limited Employee Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (GPL ESGS) to the eligible employees of the Company.

The committee also noted lapse of 1,22,000 Stock Options under the Godrej Properties Limited Employee Stock Option Plan (GPL ESOP) on account of resignation of employees.

Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.241.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 236.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 105020 in over 6926 trades.
