Mayur Uniquoters Ltd approves allotment of 2972000 shares

The Board of Directors of Mayur Uniquoters Ltd at its meeting held on April 30, 2015, have approved the allotment of 29,72,000 equity share of Rs. 5 each upon the conversion of 14,86,000 Compulsory Convertible Participating Preference shares issued April 30, 2014 as per the terms and conditions approved by the shareholder in their meeting held on April 18, 2014.
