Epicor Announces Series of EMEA Insights Customer Events

Epicor Software Corporation, a global leader in business software solutions for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services organizations, has announced it will be hosting its annual customer conferences in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) during April and May. The company expects to welcome more than 600 users to the conferences in Germany, UK, Sweden and the UAE. The EMEA events start off the company's series of global Insights events that run through June 2015.

The Insight conferences bring together Epicor customers, partners, and industry and product experts to collaborate on best practices, plans, tactics, strategies, solutions and insights. With the theme 'Kick-Start Your Business' designed to inspire customers to accelerate the growth of their businesses, the events will be kicked off with keynote presentations by Epicor executives, including Epicor CEO Joe Cowan, as well as some of the most senior product marketing directors and vice presidents.

The keynotes will feature highlights from the latest version of the next-generation Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, as well as insight about the future of ERP and how ERP can deliver new levels of customer experience. Every event will feature presentations by current Epicor customers, highlighting how they are using the solution, what challenges they have met and what benefits they have realized.

The successful Epicor labs concept, where users can get hands-on with various Epicor applications, will be continued as short product specific sessions. These sessions have a limited number of participants and are held by Epicor product specialists and technical experts to help users get to grips with either specific features or with general concepts and processes that they would like to improve.

All of the Insights events feature a Solutions Pavilion where alliance partners exhibit their extended solutions, providing customers with a platform to find out more about the full range of software applications that are available to help them get the most out of their investment.
