Snowman Logistics Ltd allots 384500 shares

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Snowman Logistics Ltd, at their meeting held on April 28, 2015, has allotted 3,37,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to employees of the Company under the Snowman ESOP Scheme 2012 - 1st Grant (Exercise price - Rs. 10.60)

15,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each have been allotted to employees of the Company under the Snowman ESOP Scheme 2012 - 2nd Grant (Exercise price - Rs. 10.60)

32,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each have been allotted to employees of the Company under the Snowman ESOP Scheme 2012 - 4th Grant (Exercise price - Rs. 18.30).
