L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd approves private placement

L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd intends to issue Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) each, amounting to Rs. 1,000 Crore with an option to retain over subscription of Rs. 300 Crore, on private placement basis.
