Omnitech Infosolutions Ltd IPO subscription opens on 19 July, 2007

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Omnitech Infosolutions Ltd is set to hit markets on 19 July, 2007. The company is coming out with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 3333333 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price band of Rs.90 - Rs.105 through 100% Book Building process.

The IPO opens for subscription on Thursday - July 19, 2007 and closes on Wednesday - July 25, 2007.

The Equity Shares are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The Book Running Lead Manager to the issue is UTI Bank Ltd.The Co-Book Running Lead Manager to the issue is India Infoline Ltd.
