Dolphin Offshore to consider conversion of FCCBs

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider the conversion of 20% of USD 15 million Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) Issued on December 22, 2005.
