A meeting of the Board of Directors of Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Ltd will be held on April 29, 2015, to consider and approve the allotment of 3,36,891 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- Face Value upto Rs. 12.74 (including premium Rs. 2.74) upon the conversion of 3,36,891 Equity Share Warrants issued on January 06, 2014 to the promoter Company, Sumeru Ayurveda Private Limited.
