On April 23, 2015, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd, has issued and allotted 26,000 (Twenty Six Thousand) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of warrants.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 71,12,20,932/- divided into 35,56,10,466 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
