Havells India Ltd Grants 101857 Shares under the Havells Employees Long Term Incentive Plan 2014

Havells India Ltd in terms of the "Part B - Havells Employees Stock Purchase Plan 2014" of the Havells Employees Long Term Incentive Plan 2014 ('LTIP 2014'), which is administered by Havells Employees Welfare Trust (EW Trust), has granted 1,01,857 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each, on April 23, 2015 to the eligible employees.

The exercise period is 30 days from the date of grant of shares.
