Grasim Industries Ltd allots 272 Equity Shares

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of Grasim Industries Ltd has approved allotment of 272 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company upon exercise of stock options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes, 2006 and 2013.

These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects and shall be subject to the provisions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 9,18,52,457 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 91,85,24,570/-.

Shares of GRASIM INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3670.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3635.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2264 in over 792 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3710 and intraday low of 3639.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8311135.
