Marico Ltd allots 70500 Shares under Marico's ESOS Scheme

The Securities Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Marico Ltd have vide resolution passed through circulation as on April 17, 2015 approved allotment of 70,500 equity shares of the Company of face value of Re. 1 each under the existing Marico Employees Stock Options Scheme, 2007.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 644,981,999 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 644,981,999/- to 645,052,499 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 645,052,499/-.

Shares of MARICO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.393.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 416.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 51047 in over 3080 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 412 and intraday low of 390. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20361776.
