Dollex Industries allots 500000 shares at Rs.41

Dollex Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 16, 2006, has allotted 5,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at price of Rs 41/- per share aggregating to Rs 2,05,00,000/- at cash to following allottees namely:

1. Mrs. Hiravanti P Chedda - 2,50,000 shares

2. Mr. S S Kasliwal - 50,000 shares

3. Shri. Manaoj Kasliwal - 85,000 shares

4. Smt. Sharda Kasliwal - 50,000 shares

5. Mr. Ashit Zaveri - 50,000 shares

6. Mr. Ashfaq Ghori - 15,000 shares
