DCB Bank Ltd allots 76150 Equity Shares under ESOPs

DCB Bank Ltd has allotted 76,150 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on April 13, 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 282,088,423 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
