Eldeco Housing Board recommends 10% dividend

Eldeco Housing & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2006, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Recommended final dividend at the rate of 10% on the equity shares of the company for the financial year 2005-2006.
