CNI Research allots 54 lakh shares

In accordance with Chapter VII of the ICDR Regulations, 2009, the Board of Directors of CNI Research Ltd at its Meeting held on April 13, 2015 has allotted 54,00,000 Equity Shares of the Company of nominal value of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 2/- per share (which includes premium of Re. 1/- per share) on the conversion of equal number of convertible warrants on preferential basis to the K. P. Ostwal (HUF), Promoter of the Company.

Pursuant to the above allotment of Equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,48,04,500/-.

Shares of CNI RESEARCH LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.9.36 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.18. The total number of shares traded during the day was 221217 in over 540 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 9.63 and intraday low of 8.73. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2042162.
