Capital First Ltd allots 27050 shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd through a resolution passed at its meeting held on April 10, 2015, has allotted 27,050 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up to the allottees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the various CFL – Employee Stock Option Schemes.

With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 9,09,82,269 (Nos.) to 9,10,09,319 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

Further, 23,125 Stock Options granted under the various CFL – Employee Stock Option Schemes stands cancelled and the said stock options shall be available for grant/re-issue under the said Schemes.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.452.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 451.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 51985 in over 2579 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 456 and intraday low of 437.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23230606.
