Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd allots 5000 shares

The Board of Directors of Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd at its meeting held on April 09, 2015, has considered and allotted 5,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 26/- per Equity Share (comprising nominal value of Rs. 10/- and premium of Rs. 16/-) to the optionees pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employees under the MTPL Employees Stock Option Scheme.

The Board approved the adoption of Schedule A under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
