L&T allots 478327 Shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has allotted 4,78,327 (Four Lakh Seventy Eight Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Seven) shares on April 03, 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
