Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd allots Cumulative Non-Convertible Preference Shares

The Allotment Committee of Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd in its meeting dated March 27, 2015, has allotted 7850000, 9% Cumulative Non-Convertible Preference Shares on Private Placement Basis to Manekchand Panachand Trading Investment Company Private Limited (Holding Company).

The aforesaid allotment has been made in line with the approval of the Shareholders by way of Special Resolution passed at EOGM dated December 29, 2014 and approval of Board of Directors in its meeting dated March 25, 2015.

Shares of SADHANA NITROCHEM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.28 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1010 in over 17 trades.
