Idea Cellular Ltd allots 107026 equity shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Idea Cellular Ltd has vide its circular resolution(s) dated March 23, 2015 allotted 1,07,026 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).

Further, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,59,78,44,427 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 35,97,84,44,270/-.
