Lupin Ltd allots 128581 Equity Shares

The Allotment Committee of Directors of Lupin Ltd at its meeting held on March 24, 2015 has allotted 128581 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of options granted to the employees under Stock option plans of the Company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 89,89,76,670 consisting 44,94,88,335 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
