IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd allots shares at Rs. 230.54 in QIP

In respect of the QIP, the offering Committee for QIP (the "Committee") of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has at its meeting held on March 23, 2015, approved the issue price of Rs. 230.54, after giving discount of upto 5% i.e. Rs. 12.13 per Equity share, to the Floor Price of Rs. 242.67 per Equity share as per the SEBI ICDR Regulations and Shareholder's approval dated December 8, 2014, for the Equity Shares to be issued and allotted to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers in the QIP.

The Board approved the issue of Confirmation Allocation Note for the allotment of 19,085,890 Equity Shares to the Qualified Placement Institutional Buyers.

The Board also approved the placement Document.

Shares of IRB INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.242.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 246.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 488997 in over 10053 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 250.3 and intraday low of 237.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 118844599.
