Syndicate Bank issues Rs. 400 crores

Syndicate Bank has issued unsecured redeemable non-convertible Basel III Compliant Tier II bonds in the nature of debentures aggregating to Rs. 400.00 Crore.

The issue is fully subscribed.

Shares of SYNDICATE BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.99.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 101.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 599296 in over 9400 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 102 and intraday low of 95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 58853657.
