Nimbus Foods Industries Ltd to issue 25 crore warrants

The Board of Directors of Nimbus Foods Industries Ltd at its meeting held on March 20, 2015, has approved the proposal to Issue of 250000000 (Twenty-Five crore) convertible equity warrants on preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act 8& as per SEBI (Issue of Capital 8& Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

The Board also approved the Increase in Authorized Capital of the Company. The above proposals are subject to the approval of shareholders. The Board approved the proposal to hold EGM in due course for the abovementioned matters.

Shares of NIMBUS FOODS INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1.08 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1.02. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9178 in over 29 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1.08 and intraday low of 0.93. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9272.
