Dish TV India Ltd allots 90160 shares

The Board of Directors of Dish TV India Ltd at its meeting held on March 20, 2015, has considered and approved the issue and allotment of 90,160 fully paid equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 4 (Four) Employees of the Company, pursuant to the ESOP - 2007 Scheme of the Company read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999, as amended from time to time.

The Board also accepted and took on record the resignation of Mrs. Asha Swarup, Independent Additional Women Director of the Company from the Board of Directors of the Company, from the close of working hours of March 20, 2015.

Further, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board approved the grant of 63,800 stock options to two employees pursuant to ESOP - 2007 scheme of the Company.

Shares of DISH TV INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.77.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 77.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 128152 in over 1893 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 78.4 and intraday low of 76.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9948059.
