Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd allots 153332 Equity Shares

The Compensation Committee of Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd, at its meeting held on March 19, 2015 has allotted 153332 (One Lac Fifty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Two) fully paid up Equity shares of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) each under Employee Stock Option Plan 2012 of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased from 4,13,87,544 Equity Shares to 4,15,40,876 Equity Shares.

Shares of Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.58.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 61.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 53267 in over 437 trades.
